Timely communication and follow through
Weekly updates with key dates and deadlines
Communication with all 3rd parties throughout the transaction (Co-broke, Title, Lender, Inspector, etc.)
Start and update dates and deadlines tracker throughout transaction
Upload and organize files to agent's transaction management system
Thorough document review for 100% accuracy
Listing (Full package only)
Full entry of the listing into MLS and showing platform
Photography organization
Order and coordinate sign install with sign company (if applicable)
Update MLS & Showing Time as requested by listing agent
Accepted Offer (Listing Side)
Once sellers have an A/O, send CONGRATULATIONS email to sellers with A/O details, including dates and deadlines
Send CONGRATULATIONS email to buyer's agent with dates and deadlines and EM instructions
Order new Title
Send copies of EM receipts to all parties
Accepted Offer (Buyer Side)
Send CONGRATULATIONS email to buyer(s) with A/O details, including dates and deadlines, EM instructions, and list of preferred inspectors (if applicable)
Send copy of A/O to lender (if applicable)
Send copies of EM receipts to all parties
Close (Listing Side or Buyer Side)
Coordinate closing details with necessary parties (pre-sign options, closing date, time and location)
Clean up file, organize, and make sure all necessary paperwork is completed for firm’s compliance department
Submit closing file for review by firm's compliance department
Verify listing is closed out correctly in MLS (if applicable)

Once your Closewell Transaction Coordinator is alerted that you have an accepted offer via your preferred method of communication, you can expect the CoBroke, Client, and all applicable parties (lender, title, etc) to be communicated with same day (next day if after 5PM)
