What is a Transaction Coordinator?

A Transaction Coordinator (TC) assists real estate agents and brokers by performing administrative duties needed during each stage of a real estate transaction. A TC gathers all information, reviews each document and follows up on the contractual items. A TC provides peace of mind and timely communication keeping all parties informed.

How do I communicate with my Transaction Coordinator?

We are here for YOU. We will communicate however you prefer to communicate. Your TC's are available for a call, zoom, email, and text. Email is typically how a TC will deliver contracts back and forth through a transaction.

Will my Transaction Coordinator be in contact with my clients?

Client communication is at your discretion. We believe our service we provide is most valuable when we communicate directly with your client(s) and we are able to keep you informed with all communications by including you as a CC on all e-mail correspondence. We act as an arm of your team, and all weekly updates to your client is branded as YOU/YOUR TEAM - so your client feels even more secure!

How do I know what is happening with my transaction?

A status progress tracker can be viewed and all documents are uploaded and updated as they are received. You will have regular updates and communications with your Transaction Coordinator.

Do you have a cancellation fee?

We only get paid when the transaction closes. If the client simply changes their mind and decides not to sell or your buyer walks, then there is no fee.
